The Room follows a successful banker in Johnny. He supports an attractive - but very bored - fiancé in Lisa, who ultimately seduces his best friend, Mark. A torrid affair beings, all while Lisa plays it cool and pushes forward towards their wedding date. Johnny’s life comes crashing down at a birthday party where Lisa and Mark’s affair is exposed, humiliating Johnny, and prompting him to rethink the future of his own existence.

In Joel Schumacher's Flatliners, medical students begin to explore the realm of near death experiences, hoping for insights into what lies beyond our world. Based on Stephen King’s magnum opus, The Dark Tower is a mysterious building that binds the entire universe together, and bans reining darkness from all worlds. In 1997, Paul Verhoeven adapted Robert Heinlein's novel about a future where Earth is attacked by an alien species known as Arachnids, or The Bugs. The film follows Johnny Rico as he begins as a military grunt, preparing for a battle he's never seen before. Along the way, his friends Carmen, Dizzy, and Carl are also followed as we lead to a full-on war they never saw coming!

20 years ago, Nic Cage hit the gym and delivered himself to audiences an eccentric action hero with the name Cameron Poe. As a parolee boarding a plane to freedom, Poe finds himself surrounded by a collection of the worst criminals in the country. As they take flight, Cyrus the Virus leads the convicts on a takeover of the plane with a yet to be determined destination. As the U.S. Marshals struggle to find them, Poe realizes it's up to him to stop them all if he's ever going to see his wife and daughter again.

Remake This Movie RIGHT! is a bi-monthy podcast where we take a classic film that is actively being remade by Hollywood studio execs, and craft our own version for a modern retelling. Does the story need updating? Should characters or motives be tweaked? Do we need more muppets? We take all factors into account, concoct our film, and then offer a Final Pitch to you in movie trailer form. By the end of each episode, we will Remake This Movie RIGHT!
Our show is broken down into three distinct parts:
The Original: We discuss the original film’s impact, some quick trivia bits, what worked the best from the film and therefore must remain in our upcoming remake, and what didn’t work or what needs to be changed for today’s audiences.
The Remake: We put together our movie! What story do we want to tell, how close to the original will it be, who will star, and ultimately who should direct our eventual cinematic masterpiece? Our hosts work together to put together one cohesive movie, but there is one caveat - Each host has one ‘CUT!’ throughout the episode to employ which could completely derail the entire film.
The Final Pitch: This is where we summarize our remake by utilizing the voice talents of voiceover artist Wayne Henderson and present our finished remake to you in movie trailer form!

In director Alfred Hitchcock's The Birds, Melanie Daniels is a rich socialite with a reputation for the unexpected. When lawyer Mitch Brenner plays a bit of a prank at her expense, she decides to return the favor. She then heads to the remote seaside community of Bodega Bay, where Mitch spends the weekends with his mother Lydia and younger sister Cathy. Also entering the picture is Mitch's former flame, Annie. All seems to be heading towards a romance for the ages when the town is under siege from random bird attacks.
